乘着东风迈出坚实的教研步履
——记三河口小学第一次语文教研组活动
        这春暖花开的日子里,我校语文教研组迎来了新学期的第一个教研活动。根据学校提出的教研组要“从研字入手,结合学科特点”开展活动的要求,本次活动分以下三个部分。
解读课标,让学生书写经典
        这次教研活动的关注点是《语文课程标准》中的写字教学。低段教研组长张金花老师首先解读了《语文课程标准》各年段写字教学的要求,接着传达区写字培训的精神,强调了写字教学中的四个误区。张老师以翔实的事例,生动的讲述,呈现了全新的理念。
深入剖析写字教学,大家都很震撼:原来我们以前的一些写字教学方法存在着一些问题。同时也带给我们更大的思考:到底应该怎样走出误区,进行恰当的写字教学呢?通过讨论,大家达成基本的共识:书法教育要体现实用性,先动作后笔画,让我们的学生书写经典。
学习《课型范式与实施策略》
        这学期,我校把学习《课型范式与实施策略》作为教研活动的一个重点。本次活动由姚琴娟老师组织大家学习《课型范式与实施策略》中的写人类阅读教学。姚老师从课型的特征、课型的实施过程、课型的实施策略、案例与分析四个方面具体地阐释了这类课文的教学策略。大家对照自己的课堂教学,讨论了学习体会,在理论上和实践中提高了认识。
走进名师的课堂
        观看并评析特级教师于永正的课堂实录《我和祖父的园子》是本次教研活动的提升。于老师的课堂,真正体现了“以读为本、以学生为本”,学生学得轻松、愉快,是一节典型的简洁、高效的课堂范例,学生真正地得到了发展。
针对本次教研活动的重点——写字教学和阅读教学,于老师更是提供了一个实实在在的课堂范例:不但写字教学落实细到,而且彰显了写人类阅读教学的特征:如何从看得到的事物来体悟人物内心的世界,感受人物的精神品质。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
        短短半天的教研活动,让大家受益匪浅,进一步领会了《语文课程标准》的精神,掌握了写人类课文的教学策略,提升了语文教学水平。相信,在全体语文教师的努力下,我校的语文教研之花会像这春天的花园,竞相斗艳,绚丽多姿。
