五年级英语下册Unit 6 In the kitchen第二课时

教学内容:Story time. Grammar time.

教学目标:

1. 复习巩固第一教时所学的词汇、句型,能以第三人称的角度复述课文内容。

2. 复习巩固现在进行时的一般疑问句及其回答。

3. 熟练掌握可数名词和不可数名词的用法。

4. 学会在游戏在操练和运用英语。

教学准备:

1. 多媒体、教学光盘

2. 准备两张场景一致的图片,但里面的物品有所不同

教学过程:

A. Warming up

1. Greetings

2. Act and say

教师做动作,让学生猜测

T: (做洗盘子动作) What am I doing?

S1: Are you drawing?

T: No, I’m not.

S2: Are you washing the dishes?

T: Yes, you’re right.

B. Revision

1. 呈现并引导学生复习一些食物类词汇:

Food: egg, noodles, sandwich, chicken, fish, hamburger, rice, hot dog, cake, pizza, pie, biscuit, cookie, tart, …

Drinks: water, juice, milk, coffee, tea, cola, …

Vegetables: tomato, potato, carrot, onion, pepper, bean, pea, cucumber, …

2. 造句游戏,巩固词汇

1)教师示范选择搭配不同食材,准备一顿晚餐,用现在进行时说说

T: We’re cooking fish, tomatoes with eggs and duck soup.

2) 学生四人一组,说一说。教师巡视指导

3. 师生问答,复习回忆Story time课文内容

What time is it?

Is it time for dinner or breakfast?

Where are they?

What is Mr Liu cooking?

What is Mrs Liu doing?

What is Liu Tao doing?

What is in the fridge?

What are they doing?

Does Liu Tao like the food?

4. 出示Story time图片,引导学生以第三人称的角度复述课文。

C. Grammar time

1. 朗读句子,认知句型

学生分成两组,分别朗读第一表格的问句和第二表格中的答句,理解现在进行时一般疑问句的构成。

2. 1)学生自读表格三、四,理解可数名词和不可数名词的区别。

2)请学生说说可数名词和不可数名词在用法上有什么不同。

3)请学生列举一些可数名词和不可数名词

3. 看图说话,操练可数名词和不可数名词

呈现两张场景一致的图片,但里面的物品有所不同,引导学生用there be句型描述两张图的不同之处

S1: There’s a football in picture 1. there are three footballs in picture 2.

S2: There is some bread on the table in picture 1. there are three potatoes on the table in picture 2.

4. 练习

1)用所给词的正确形式填空

There         (be) some juice in the bottle.

There         (be) six            (potato) on the table.

Is he         (watch) TV in the living room?

         (be) you looking for you toy cars?

There       (be) four         (tomato) in the kitchen.

2) 按要求改写句子

I am cooking lunch. (改写成一般疑问句)

                       cooking lunch?

There are three potatoes in the fridge.(改成单数句)

There         a        in the fridge.

Is he eating fruit in the bedroom?(做肯定回答)        , he         .

There is a tomato on the table.(改成复数句)

There           some          on the table.

D. Homework

1. there be句型,写一段话,描述一下自己家厨房或餐厅里的食物。

2. 完成《课课练》练习二
